Here is a recipe for lemon and herb-marinated chicken:

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
