  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (such as carrots, potatoes, and onions)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add some olive oil.

Brown the beef roast on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
